1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by LunoVPN Inc. (“LunoVPN”, “we”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the LunoVPN service.
2. Service Description
LunoVPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that allows users to securely and anonymously access the internet.
Our service is designed with privacy as a core principle:
- No logs of user activity
- Anonymous user identifiers
- RAM-only (diskless) server infrastructure
LunoVPN is incorporated in California, USA, and complies with applicable U.S. laws.
3. Account and Anonymous User ID
Upon activation, each user receives a randomly generated 16-character alphanumeric code (“Anonymous User ID”) to manage subscription access.
- The Anonymous User ID is not linked to your identity
- You are responsible for safeguarding your Anonymous User ID
- Do not share your Anonymous User ID with others
LunoVPN does not require names, emails, phone numbers, physical addresses, or identification documents.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
All Payments and subscriptions are processed exclusively through the official app store of the platform you are using.
For iOS devices, all subscriptions and payments are handled through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
For Android devices, all subscriptions and payments are handled through the Google Play Billing system.
We do not process or store any personal or billing information. Payment confirmations are received only as “successful” signals and are never linked to your VPN usage or Anonymous User ID.
4.1 Subscription Terms
- Subscription fees are billed in advance through your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android).
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or Google Play account settings.
- Refunds are handled in accordance with the respective platform’s refund policies (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use LunoVPN only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Violating local, state, federal, or international laws
- Engaging in copyright infringement
- Distributing malware, spam, or harmful content
- Attempting to compromise LunoVPN servers or infrastructure
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user engaging in prohibited activities.
6. No Guarantees
While LunoVPN strives to provide reliable, secure, and anonymous VPN service:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- We do not guarantee protection against all forms of cyber threats
- LunoVPN shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service
7. Termination
LunoVPN may suspend or terminate your access at its discretion, including:
- Violation of these Terms
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Technical or security reasons
Upon termination, your Anonymous User ID and associated service access will be deactivated.
We do not retain any logs of your activity.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LunoVPN shall not be liable for:
- Any loss or damage resulting from use or inability to use the service
- Unauthorized access to your devices or data
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
You agree to use LunoVPN at your own risk.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in California.
10. Changes to Terms
LunoVPN reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be effective upon posting on our website or app.
Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
